These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the The Dirty Steep website and our pre-launch waitlist. Please read them. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them.

Who we are. The Dirty Steep is an independent brand operated by its founder (Matt), not yet incorporated as a company. Contact: hello@dirtysteep.com.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing this website, joining the waitlist, or reserving a kit, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Pre-launch and reservations

The Dirty Steep is currently pre-launch. What that means for you:

Joining the waitlist or reserving a kit is not a purchase and does not create a binding order.
No payment is collected. We do not take payment or request a card on this site. If a batch is produced, we may email final details and a separate link where you can choose whether to purchase.
A reservation expresses interest and helps us plan our first batch. It is not a guarantee that a product will be available to you, in any particular quantity, or by any particular date.
Pricing, product details, ingredients, and availability may change before launch. The price and details shown today are indicative and are not an offer that binds us.

3. Intellectual property

The name "The Dirty Steep," our logo, wordmark, site design, text, graphics, and illustrations are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission, except for normal personal viewing of the website.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, access it in an unauthorized way, submit false information, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The website and waitlist are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Any future product will be governed by the terms and product information provided at the time of sale.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Dirty Steep and its founder will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the website or the waitlist. Because no payment is taken at this stage, our total liability to you in connection with the site is limited to the amount you have actually paid us, which is currently zero.

7. Governing law

Applicable law governs these Terms and determines the proper forum for any dispute. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time — particularly as we move from waitlist to actual sales. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
